Vickerman Company’s warehouse team plays a key role in preparing and shipping products accurately and on time. These positions are fast-paced and physically active.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for most or all of the workday.

• Use handheld scanners or tablets to record picks and verify accuracy.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Work as part of a team to meet department goals.

Physical Requirements

• Repeated lifting, bending, and walking in a warehouse setting.

• Ability to safely handle boxes up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a variety of warehouse temperatures.

Performance Expectations

• All warehouse employees are evaluated on accuracy, safety, attendance, and productivity.

• New employees receive training and ongoing feedback to help them meet standard performance goals.

• Consistent performance below standard levels may lead to additional coaching or reassignment.

Additional Information

• Full-time, year-round positions with overtime available during peak season.

• Day shifts, Monday–Friday (some weekend availability during busy periods).

• Benefits available after eligibility period.
